LEVEL UY is the most important event of the Uruguayan game development industry. It is organized by the Uruguayan Chamber of Video Game Developers (CAVI). The Uruguayan industry has grown exponentially and managed to have numerous successful stories, being admired for its excellent quality products in the market. LEVEL UY aims to continue strengthening the industry in Uruguay and wants to be an event of reference for the game industry in LATAM.

Seth and Sam have uncommon backgrounds for game developers; Seth is trained as a financial analyst and economist, and Sam is trained in Psychology. These unconventional backgrounds have provided the team a different lens through which to build award-winning games and an incredible studio culture.
